- How much do you charge for shipping & handling?

Shipping and handling is $5 US for your first DVD and $1 US for each additional DVD. All DVD's are shipped in plain cardboard CD mailers.

- How will my order be shipped?

All orders are sent by 1st Class Air Mail.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Internation orders are usually recieved within one week. However do to the various mail services some orders may take up to three weeks to be delivered.

- What is your return Policy?

We accept returns no questions asked within 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

- How can I used these DVD's?
|
|
Our DVD's are recorded in NTSC (North American) format and will play on most any computer with a suitable DVD player installed (see below). They will can also be played on most standard North American DVD players. If you are having trouble playing these DVD's on your computer we recomend installing VLC Media Player which is an excellent FREE video player available for both PC and Mac.
